Message is an alternative form of healing and relaxation, bringing favorable effects on health.

Since ancient times, massage has always been one of the most important therapeutic methods in order to achievebody and spirit balance.

Massage is now indispensable part of well being, especially when the medical community approves its beneficial effects.

  • Reduces stress.

Studies reveal that massage reduces the levels of cortisol “stress hormone” up to 50%, by reinforcing hormones related to the feeling of pleasure, like serotonin and dopamine  and, thus, smoothing stress and depression.

  • Improves sleep quality.

Frequent massage treatments improve sleep quality, by increasing brainwaves related to deep sleep, according to several studies.

  • Reduces body pain and increases energy.

The easier O2 supply through massage contributes to the increase of muscle feeding, the reduction of muscle spasms and the removal of metabolism wastes, e.g lactic acid, liable for the fatigue maintenance.

The improvement of blood circulation increases muscular elasticity, by reducing the risk of injuries.

According to studies published by Memorial Slan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, patients regularly treated with massage experience reduction of stress levels by 52%, pain levels by 40%, depression symptoms by 41% and nausea by 21%.
